Overview
Mediconnects’ NHS client is urgently seeking an experienced Band 6 Community based Intermediate Care Physiotherapist for an ongoing post situated in the West London area. This is a full time role and will be ongoing.
A successful candidate would be someone with ICT or Rehab experience in a community setting who is able to hit the ground running. As this role will be community based one covering and as such you will need to hold a valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
A minimum of 12 months relevant UK based experience is required and you will need to be HCPC registered and hold a current DBS disclosure.
